only apply to the Commissions / Services provided by The Artist

Please message me first before placing an order.Please send me a description of your character and idea.Provide a complete reference of the character, with at least 2 photos.Including a detailed
instructions for
any additional designs, theme, clothes or pose ,
facial expression you would like in the message
with at least 2 photos to achieve the ideal and correct artwork.PAYMENT POLICY:
The commission is a none refundable purchase,
as it is a commission order and that the artist
has started creating the art for you.
Please be informed that:No Refunds
Full / Half payment must be sent before I start.
Half payment is only accepted if the price quote is [$200] above

or you may ask me
to send a customer invoice to you
The currency accepted is DeviantArt points and USD.
The points shall only be paid through the commission widget unless stated otherwise.

CANCELING/
REFUNDING POLICY:

I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances

commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.]
Reminder
If you file a chargeback against me, After the completion of the artwork, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be
retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.
You will be forbidden to ever commission me,
[neilglory], ever again.
Your name will be publicly posted everywhere I want to for others to watch out for.
I also have every right to file a complaint and
I have all the right to the money you have given me.
Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.

COMMERCIAL PURCHASE

A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork
will always be 200% of the original price.
This allows you to use the artwork however you please. suchlike online business, business advertisement, paid content advertisement & self-promotion in any social media platform [twitter, youtube, ig, twitch & more]
Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.
Note:
Content Creators/ Vtuber/ YouTube Creator.
